George Woelfel, a pattern making stalwart, founded G & W Patterns Inc. in 1973. G & W Patterns has been serving the foundry industry from it's 5,000 square foot facility in Muskego, Wisconsin, for the last 36 years. George's son, Ken, joined the Company in 1990, and now has over 30 years of experience as a pattern maker. In 2003, after 53 years as a pattern making craftsman, George retired, placing Ken at the helm of the Company. Today Ken, together with his wife Kim, own and operate G & W Patterns. In 2006, Kim became the majority owner making the Company majority owned by a woman. This was done for the purpose of assisting our customers to qualify for federal and state contracting opportunities. Ken and Kim, together with their employees, who have over 100 years of experience as pattern makers, continue to bring the same passion, skill and expertise to pattern making that the Company exhibited when it was originally founded. We produce patterns to meet exact specifications utilizing state of the art technology and old world craftsmanship handed down from one generation to another.
We are located in Muskego, Wisconsin, which is 15 miles southwest of Milwaukee, with easy access to Interstates 43, 45 and 94.
